Maire Parade Apartmnets have been granted resorrse consent for 1 16 apartment building nestled in ito Buff Hil to the rear of the site l . The location opposite is oposite  the Napier City swimming pools and the Pacific Ocean beyond .The complex is designed such that all apartmnets receive a sea view and all but one has north facing windows. On site carparking is provided. The building is designed as being precast concrete structure modulated to reflect the residentual scale of the area and the residentual use of the building. The complex included the restoration of the historic  Loius Hay designed Old Soldeirs Club building to the south of the apartmnets 

West Plaza Building

Resourse consent granted to costruct a 2 level apartmnet addition on top of the Historic Places Trust Listed West Plaza Building Designed by Neville Price in 1972

The prposal which linked the West Laza  to a new stand alone Hotel Tower for the Grand Chancellor  Hotel .

The design inclused a heleport to the West Plaza addition as well as roor top pool and bars to the Hotel and Apartmnet Tower.

Resource Consent granted.

 

St George Apartmnents Wellington  NZ

2010 

 

Resourse consent granted to costruct a 20 level apartmnet building nestled beween Historic Places listed St Marys Cathedral, St George Hotel and Oposite a listed 1900,s Manor hosue .

The site is extremley confined and the tower was designed to retain view shaft to the catheral from Manners Street and from the residentual housing on Kelburn hill behind .

A sprial designed 4 level carpark is provided below 

The design incorperated moving shutters , core 10  and Zinc natural materials with green body tinted glass to provide a transparant stcptured tower
