Established  1989, Perry Architects have a long-standing presence in Wellington New Zealand. We are committed to continuing a practice which has a bias towards large residential and community building commissions.

Recent commissions include a hotel/conference centre/restaurant/bar complex alongside 55 new apartments in Cuba St - Wellington, a Hotels in Napier and Petone, a day-care complex for the Salvation Army in Berhampore, a medical centre in Newtown, the upgrade of The Wellington Night shelter in Taranaki St, offices for EPMU in Wellington, Interiors for LaPita hotel and restaurant complex in Tahiti.
